In 2015 our facilities had a 4 million dollar complete upgrade of the building. Everything in the building was renovated to the highest standards from floors to ceiling. To ensure quality in our products, a two million dollar upgrade of new automated equipments with conveyors are installed to avoid unnecessary handling. We handle several species of salmon Sockeye ,King ,Coho, Pink and Chum. Our specialty is portion control and filleting which our team has perfected after 23 years in business.
