In 2015 our facilities had a 4 million dollar complete upgrade of the building. Everything in the building was renovated to the highest standards from floors to ceiling. To ensure quality in our products, a two million dollar upgrade of new automated equipments with conveyors are installed to avoid unnecessary handling.�We handle several species of salmon Sockeye ,King ,Coho, Pink and Chum. Our specialty is portion control and filleting�which our team has perfected after 23 years in business.
